Project Scope
Designed as a new construction project with a timeless aesthetic, this home called for a complete window and exterior door package to complement its architectural character and the surrounding view of the St Lawrence River. We supplied all windows and exterior doors, carefully selected to balance classic design with modern performance, energy efficiency, and lasting durability. The result is a cohesive package that enhances the home’s Spanish Colonial and European-inspired details while bringing warmth and character to the new build.
Products Supplied
All windows and doors are from the Marvin Ultimate Collection, supplied by The Window Centre.
Architectural Style
The home has a blend of Spanish Colonial charm, European elegance, and grounded Canadian warmth. The windows and doors provided a timeless, modern and clean look that complemented both the interior and exterior.
"From the very beginning, this project was about more than creating a house. It was about creating a feeling—a place that felt rooted to the land it sat on, where history and whimsy could quietly coexist. The goal was to create a structure that felt historically and architecturally suited to the magical wooded lot and sparkling waters cresting its banks."
